Problems getting a folderback to myself!?

Hijust having a problem trying to get a copy of a folder
that is on my web.
I have tried to open throughy WEB FOLDERS in NT EXPLORER
but comes back saying i can't read my web and that i
should read a text file called "wecerr.txt"
I have also found that i can't copy the folder that i need
and paste it into a folder on my hard drive.

Any help would be much appreciated.
