Problems importing canadian contacts from Excel to Outlook

I need help importing contacts from Excel to Outlook. I know how to but all
of the fields under Map Custom Fields are set up for U.S. addresses. I need
to be able to import Canadian addresses. The only way that I can is by using
city and state which includes a comma which is not part of a Canadian
address. If someone can please help me I would really appreciate it. Thank
you.
