Problems Importing text file to Access 200 - Wrong Character Coding

HI,

I have a client onsite tha is trying to import a text file
into an access 2000 database. However, for some reason,
when selecting the advance function for importing, it
always defaults to Western European (Dos) instean of
Western European (Windows) like all other systems.

How do I change this permanently to use the Western
European (Windows) by default? Is there a Reg key that can
be modified or does office2000/access 2000 need to be re-
installed.

Any help is much appreciated!
