problems importing visio 2007 files into html editor

I am trying to open visio 2007 files in an html editor. In the past we saved
the file as an html and opened it in the editor. With Visio 2007 I am
getting an error on the page.

If I try to upload the actual visio file I get an Error On page message in
the window status and the page is blank. If I try to open it up as an htm
page as we normally do, I get a box like you do if the link is broken to an
image. This is an old html editor but it has worked well for this old web
application we have used for over 10 years. Every time they put out a new
version of Visio we have problems but this time I have not been able to
figure out a way around it. In the past when you save the visio file as an
htm file you get a folder with images and txt but with visio 2007 I see none
of that.
