Problems in Access 2003 after I installed Access 2007

I just installed Access2007 (custom install using a different directory).

Now when I use Access2003, if I make a simple change like copy and psting a
text box on a form it causes all forms to show:
"The expression On Open you entered as the event property produced the
following error: ...."

when they are opened.

Also I tried just making a new database, add a simple table and if I use a
Form wizard it says the wizard is unable to create your form.

I looked at references and there is a reference to Microsoft Access 12.0
Object Library in the directory I installed Access 2007.

Otherwise I don't see any problems in references.

Help, Help, Help!!!!!!!!!!
