Problems in email account, message not sent "Relaying not allowed

I have problems sending emails from the outlook 2003.
Only when I send emails to some accounts (for example my own hotmail
account, or some others yahoo, etc.) if I do the sending from the web page
from the server of my account it sends the message fine, but when I do it
trought the Microsoft Office Outlook then I cannot send to some addresses,
but I can send emails to a few adresses..... of course I am sending to real
addresses (for example my own).
And I receive a message that the email cannot be sent and the error is "
Relaying not allowed"
How can I solve this ???????

Correctly authenticate to your outgoing mail server. The setting is on the
Outgoing Server tab of your account properties pages.
