Problems in Mail Merge

M

Molly

I have a problem here on the right method to produce my
form letters using mail merge. I hope you can help me.

I need to produce a letter that informs various library
users on the books, which are overdue. Thus I will need to
get the data source from the library system and come out
with a standard letter with the list of books in a table.

The problem is I get each row of the table in a separate
page for the same borrower. But what I need is to get them
in the same page.

Please kindly help to assist me in what selection to use?
Should I use If.Then Else to customize my results?

Thanking you in advance for your help.

Hi Molly,

You didn't mention which Office application you're
using for producing the letters. If you're using
Word you may want to post this request in the Word
Mailmerge newsgroup and include the version of Word
you're using.
