Problems in Outlook

When using Outlook, the following message appears when I open the first
message only. The add-in "C:\Program Files\NavNT\vpmsece.dll" could not be
installed or loaded. This porblem may be resolved by using Detect & Repair
on the Help menu.
Detect and Repair does not work. I have a feeling it is a remnant of the
Norton Network Anti-virus program that I used to use.

I too am experiencing this error message. It has only happened since I
reloaded my laptop and restored my data files, followed by installing the
latest Office XP and XP SP's and security patches. I searched the registry
for this information, but only found the correct Symantec references.

Does anyone have a fix (?)
