I've been struggling to create a standard email signature for my company.
Every way I try has limitations. The Outlook created signature includes a
V-Card as an attachment, which makes it difficult when you're trying to
scroll through old emails for attachments. Inserting a graphic in my
signature may look fine upon sending, but the graphics and text frequent
shift around. Obviously graphics are dropped when received by Plain Text
(like a PDA).
So, what is the best way to create a standard email address which includes
your company's logo? It's funny that no one seems to know and this should be
a common need.
