Problems installing junk e-mail filter

I have been trying to install Office 2003 updates on my PC, and they seem to
be unsiccessful. For example, when I try to install the Outlook 2003 Junk
e-mail filter upgrade, I get the following message.

Error 2902. An internal error has occurred (ifxAssemblyCopy )
Contact Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS) for assistance. For
information about how to contact PSS, see E:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\OFFICE11\1033\PSS10R.CHM.

This occurs when I download the .exe and run it. If I run the auto-update
from the site, I jsut get an error, with no details.
