Aside from an 'official' SP2 CD not yet being available,
everybody does understand that it's trivial to extract the SP2 package and
burn it to a CD-R(W)???
Tom
I am quite aware of this. I am trying to point out to the OP that the SP2
that he is trying to use is not for O2K3 . I am guessing that he is trying
to use the OK2 SP2 CD for this purpose

I was not aware that Office 2003 SP2 is available on a CD. Are you
trying
to install SP2 for 2003? Which SP2 and for what version of Office are
you
trying to install?

Hi Milly- When I load from the CD it comes back with "the
installation
failed". Not in exact words but close. (Not at that computercurrently)
:
What happens if you try the fullfile version of the update?
