Problems installing Office XP

I am trying to reinstall Office XP after an incomplete uninstall, I am
getting the message "The System Administrator Has Set Policies to Prevent
This Installation". However I am logged on using the administration account.
Is there any work around or fix for this?

Dave:

Review what the policy settings are for the MSI installer in the Group
Policy Administrator. (WINNT\system32\gpedit.msc).
