I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, its my first time on this board.
I have installed a Windows 2003 Server, SP1 CD. Then activated it as a
terminal server, and put it into install mode.
Installed MS Office 2003, and ran outlook as Admin.
Then logged in as non-admin user - and recieve message of:
"Cannot Start Microsoft Office Outlook" (<-- Entire message) - right when
running outlook.
I add the user as an Admin, and they can access the mail box, but as soon as
they are removed from the Administrator's group - they get the same message.
Tried re-installing server, adding all server updates (including sp2) and
then installing office - no change. All other office programs work fine, and
there are no messages in the event log.
Has anyone run into this before - and does anyone have any idea how to get
outlook working?
