Problems installing pfbackup.exe

After installing the Outlook backup program pfbackup.exe
I do not get the backup command on the file menu. I have
tried to do what was recommended in the Microsoft help
file (ie decompress the exe file with WinZip and install
the file "pfbackup.msi". This doesn't work either. I have
repetedly installed and uninstalled the applicatioin with
no luck. I am running Outlook 2002 on a laptop with
Windows XP. Any ideas?

Start Outlook

Hit Tools....then options click other taba...click
advanced...clic com add-ins button...click add..select
file named "outback.dll" to add...located in C:/program
files/microsoft office/office11/addins....click ok...exit
outlook...start outlook and backup will magically
appear...good luck..
