problems installing the Visio evaluation download.

I have downloaded the file to install the Visio evaluation version. When i
try to run it I keep getting the message that VisioEval.exe is not a valid
Win32 application. Why is this?
I am running XP Professional 5.1.2600

Hi,

sometimes when you download files. it may get corrupted. you will have to
redownload the file and install.

please let me know if you have any conserns after redownloading the file.
