problems linking snapshot (*.snp) files to powerpoint

I cannot solve this problem. I am trying to automate a report from Access
into a PowerPoint presentation. I've tried the other formats with little
success and found Snapshot does the job. But, when linking my snapshot file
(the report I exported from Access) to a PowerPoint slide I cannot get
PowerPoint to display the entire snapshot file. I have to literally open up
the snapshot file, zoom out, and then manually update the powerpoint slide
link. This defeats the purpose of automation. I've noticed depending on
where I zoom in on the Snapshot file of my report, this is where the linked
PowerPoint slide saves the object. Any suggestions?
