I have recently removed the Antivirus 2009 Malware virus from my laptop and
since then I have been unable to log onto my email account from Outlook. I
am running Office 2000 on XP Professional.
It keeps asking me to enter my network name and password. I have tried
deleting the account and recreating it but it is still the same.
I am able to log onto my wife's account from Outlook which is a sub-account
of mine but cannot log onto mine which is the primary account. I am able to
access my account using web mail which seems to indicate the problem being
with Outlook not the acount.
