Steve
Not specifically a problem with the Mac version of Office but I am
having a problem in Word 2003 that might be solved here.
I have a document that has its own template and limited set of styles.
When I opened it today I saw that additional styles were not included
and decided that (once again) it was time to Maggie the document.
When I create the new document from the template only the template
styles are included but when I copy the test over from the 'corrupt'
document (omitting the final paragraph mark) all the unwanted styles
are coming over too. Where am I going wrong?
As an aside, what is the origin of the term Maggying a document? I
know it was from someone of that name but can't remember who she is
and any of the background.
Cheers,
Steve
