Problems of access97 migration to accessxp

I have upgraded my office97 to officexp.

When I try to open access97 database with user
security, accessxp tells that, I don't have permissions
to open it, if I'm not the owner.

I only can open this database like this:

- if the database's owner open it before me the first
time, because if I open before the database's owner I
can't open it

Are there some other way or some option of making this,
that is not this way?

Is the database secured to a specific workgroup (*.mdw)? If so then
you either need to use the MS Access Workgroup Administration to join
the correct workgroup before opening the database or create a shortcut
to the database which includes the workgroup switch ( /wrkgrp).

We are already join to the correct workgroup (*.mdw) Even
so the continuous problem.
