Hi ,
Thanks for the post . As you are having the same problem with firefox , I
don't think it is a Office 2004 problem . This printing problem could be
because of the printer driver . If you could tell me the printer driver that
you are using , I will investigate this more .
Thanks,
Priyanka

i'm using the company-make printer driver for kyocera mita fs-1010 from
kyocera.

and BTW i've solved the problem by switching back to the mac os x
universal printer driver.

so...
thanks anyway
:)

Sorry no one answered before--obviously no one had a clue, although now that
you share your results, I remember that printer drivers do tend to be very
OS-specific. :) Always good to archive as many experiences as possible,
anyhow.

I'm having trouble with Word 2004 since I installed Tiger. I've
reinstalled Office 2004 twice. I have plenty of memory. The problem
occurs when I double-click to open a document (even with the .doc
extension). Sometimes the document opens. Sometimes I get the eternal
rolling ball and have to force quit. The document can even be one I
just finished creating. If I open the program first and use File/Open,
the document opens with no problem. What's up? Any ideas?

Thanks
