Problems opening a shared calendar in Outlook 2003

We are upgrading to Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003. A coworker is able to
access my shared calendar, but I'm unable to access theirs. I keep getting
the message, "Unable to display the folder. You do not have sufficient
permission to open the Calendar folder." We have verified she has granted me
Review permission.

Did she grant you "Folder Visible" permission to her mailbox as well?
