Problems opening database on diffrent operating systems

Help!

I have a problem opening a access database. I have a database that
i've been using on MS XP but have recently changed office locations and
am now on a 200 network. I can no longer access the database and am
looking for any solutions to my problem. I.e methods of coverting the
database from XP to run on 2000 a system.

please help
