problems opening outlook 2003 after installing norton 360

After installing version 2.0 of Norton 360 I am finding it impossible to open
Outlook 2003 unless I close down and re-boot. This works for a while but then
the problem recurs subsequently.

Uninstall Norton, use the tool available on their site to completely remove.
Clear temp files & reboot.
Test outlook, if all OK reinstall Norton without the outlook intergration

Why; Norton appears to be preventing Outllook from closing down correctly, a
common problem.

Hi,

I'm having the same problem. I have norton 360 and did what you said and it
worked a treat. Now Norton wants me to upgrade to 2.0 but there isnt an
option for installing without Outlook intergration. Is there any way of doing
it that you know of?
