Okay this is kind of a crazy one...so I will try to explain it as easy as
possible:
If an attachment is received via Outlook (2003) in the TIF format, I am not
able to open the attachment - I receive an error:
Unable to open file <path to Outlook secure folder> Check file name and
permissions.
Initially I thought it was a problem with the Outlook Secure directory, as
it's referenced below. However, the really strange thing it this error
doesn't occur for any other attachment types. .Doc, .XLS, .PDF all open fine.
I cleared out the Outlook Secure folder, and this problem still occure while
opening TIF attachments. If I save the attachment to the desktop and then
open it, it opens fine.
Any thoughts?
Thanks In Advance!
