Problems opening up a notebook/finding a notebook.

I click on the OneNote icon and OneNote opens. Then I click "File", then
"Open". Immediately my only choices are "Backup" and the result in the right
panel is "No items match your search.". What's going on here? It worked
before!

Did you get the answer to the question? I get a similar message but mine
says it can't find the server.
