Problems receiving emails in Outlook 2003

I am experiencing sporatic problems receiving emails. My ISP watched the
mail actually being picked up but it is not appearing in the Inbox until up
to 48 hours later. It was not going into the spam folder. Has anyone else
experienced this? I spoke with my anti-virus provider and they said it
wasn't related to their program since I didn't have a firewall from them.

Do you have a filtered set on your view? Reset it to make sure.
Also could it be grouped? You'll have to click on the plus (+) sign to
expand the group then.

There are no filters set and no groups set. I wasn't clear in the earlier
message - some of my emails are getting through. There is no rhyme or reason
as to why some of the emails are not appearing in my inbox until 2 days
later. The other day according to my ISP 7 messages were sent to me - 2
disappeared and one of the missing messages was confirmed to be in the inbox
prior to pickup. The disappeared messages appeared 2 days later. This just
started about a month ago.

Do you have a virusscanner that does incoming mail scanning? If so disable
it and try again.

I have tried that too and that didn't work. I have tried virtually
everything to figure out what the problem is.
