Problems reinstalling BCM on Outlook 2007

I had to reinstall my new PC a HP Compaq dc5800 Microtower, CPU: Intel Core 2
Duo E8400 3GHz and 4 GB RAM. Running on Windows Vista Business SP1.
I had Office 2007 preinstalled on it and activated it, I then downloaded the
BCM for Outlook 2007 from the Microsoft community site, installed it without
hazzles and the BCM ran perfectly.
Now after the reinstallation of everything of more correct the system reset
to factory defaults. I have reactivated the Office 2007 everything runs
perfect so now I wanted to reinstall BCM and no compaints in the installation
wizard so i started Outlook but no BCM appeared.
I tried to find it under the help menu but nothing, I tried to see under the
Tools/Securitycenter/Add-ins/COM-addins clicked OK just to find out there's
no BCM there either.

Obviously not installed.
But under Program files/Microsoft Small Business lies the folder Business
Contact Manager with a lot of stuff in it, so it seem to be installed somehow.

My question is how do I activate it in Outlook again?
I have tried to deinstall it and reinstall it and even went into the Regedit
parts and took away the rests of it before reinstallaiton.
It still says nothing and there is no BCM...
In another thread here the answer says to check this out
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\Microsoft.BusinessSolutions.eCRM.OutlookAddIn.Connect.3

and make sure that the LoadBehavior is 3. With any other value, Outlook
won't load the add-in."
So I did and found out that Loadbehavior is indeed 3.

Please helpp me someone I really need BCM in order to do my everyday living...

Same problem here, almost: When I install it, everything runs fine.
But at the end, no BCM menu, nowhere.
Uninstall/reboot/reinstall doesn't help

I just can see a sub-menu on the left sidebar in the "Contacts" view.
But nothing to expand
