Problems running Biz Contact Manager in Outlook 2003

I have recently upgraded outlook 2000 to outlook 2003
with BCM. Outlook is working fine, but unfortunately BCM
fails to load. The installation process was fine and the
programs menu shows the BCM is loaded OK. However,
Outlook does not display the BCM folders or show the
business tools menu on the menu bar.
The same software is running on my home PC OK, but does
not like the networked office lap-top. Can anyone help??
