Problems Saving Attachments

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

When trying to save jpg attachments, I get an error message stating "Permission to access this file was denied. This could be caused by the file being open in another application." Entourage is the only program that is running at the time. This error is random, but happens enough to be a nuisance. File size doesn't matter either, happens on files that are as small as 26kb as well as files that are bigger than 500kb. Please help.

Let's be sure you are updated. There was a problem that was fixed in 12.1.0
saving attachments. Look under About Entourage. What version is listed in
the about window? You should be 12.1.5.

Bug: Entourage 2008 will not show jpgs on the message if they are over
400kb.

Are these attachments that were sent to you? Are you sure you downloaded the
entire message. We often see users that have "partially receive" selected
mention problems like this.
