I use Open Office. However, for work I had to open some docx files, so I
downloaded the compatibility pack in order to do that. I didn't need that
anymore, and the compatibility pack just made some files confusing and harder
to open, so I removed/uninstalled the program.
However, now in Open Office, when I save a word document as an open document
text (odt), it only saves as "file." So, when I try to open it, I have to go
through the hassle of picking which program to open it with (Open Office Word
Perfect, or something like that) EVERY time. This has only happened after I
had used the compatibility pack.
How can I get my settings back to the way they were?
