Problems Saving Presentation

Two of my students have created a PP. They have added recorded voice sound files and sound files from a CD they converted in Sound Jam to aiff format. We had no trouble inserting the files but when we went to save the presentation we get a message saying it could not save the embedded object. Can anyone help us solve this problem so we can get our sounds inserted and saved. The presentation is an abridged version of a shortstory with graphics and sound for use by an autistic child.

Hi

Try using Save As PowerPoint package. That way instead of embedding the
content PowerPoint links to it. Please let us know if this suggestion helps
by posting a follow-up message.
