Problems saving Word document to CD

My laptop doesn't have a floppy drive, but does have a CD
drive. I'm having problems saving a WORD document to the
CD. When I attempt to save it, I get the message "You do
not have access to the folder D. See your administrator
for access to this folder." How do I get this to
function properly? Who is the administator???

Save to the HD first, then copy to the CD.
