I am emailing in Outlook 2003. Two people at work using outlook 03 rec'd it fine, one was jumbled. I was hoping this would also be able to be forwarded, but it becomes jumbled when you do so. If I use a pdf, I won't be able to utilize hyperlinks, correct?

Actually, if the viewers are using Reader v6.03 or newer, hyperlinks do work
but they just don't look like a hyperlink. And you don't have to do anything
at all - it just does it.

That only works provided that you have the URLs appearing in the text rather
than masking them.

Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional comes with a Publisher add-in that will
automatically transfer all hyperlinks (and handles transparency - but not
gradiented transparency) :)

I've been considering asking for the funds for the upgrade. But what do you
mean by "masking them"?

An HTML example:

The equivalent of <a href="http://www.publishermvps.com>Publisher MVP
Official Website </a> would not be converted by Reader, but would transfer
using the add-in in Acrobat 7.0.

The emails are best viewed in Outlook 2003 and Outlook Express 6.0 but
should be compatible with most HTML browsers. Can you email it to me at
