Problems sending mail via sub folder in Outlook 2003

I download e-mail from several accounts. I have created an inbox subfolder to
route mail from one specific account. When I try to reply to mail or send new
mail from this folder it puts the mail in the outbox but with sent date as
"none" and will not send the message. The only way I can send the mail is to
right click on it and select forward, click send and it will go. How do I fix?

If you have an email scanner that checks outgoing mail, disable it.
