Problems showing Custom Project Guide

Hi:

I developed a custom project guide dor my organization. The problem is that
for some user instead of the custom guide appear the next message:

"The page is trying to show information from the site
res://shdoclc/syntax.htm#pgcontent://definicion.html/. This site is not
identified as a trusted site ..."

The custom html pages refered to the custom guide are hosted in the project
server machine and the server has been identified as a trusted site in each
computer that are having problems.

Any ideas???
