Problems synchronizing Outlook at work with home PDA

I got a PDA, but my employer is using Outlook thru a terminal so I can't
sync my PDA at work.

Is it possible to sync my work calendar with my home calendar so that I can
sync my PDA at home?

I got an exchange server at work, but I only got an "offline" Outlook 2002
at home.

I'm interested in syncing calendar and meeting bookings at work with my PDA
thru my home installation of Outlook.

Anyone know how this could be done?

No, it is not possible to synchronize with a copy of Outlook running on a terminal server.
