Problems Syncing Entourage 2004 and Palm Tungsten T3

I have set up my entourage 2004 to sync with my palm tungsten t3 and for
the most part everything synchronizes without any problems. BUT, I write in
new TASKS in Entourage and they ARE NOT synchronized with the Palm.
What can be done???
