Problems upgrading to Office2000 Service Pack 4 on Terminal Server

Hello Everybody,

on our Terminal Server System, we have a problem installing SP4 for
Office2000.

We have bought Office2000 in a very early stage. So our CD is very simple,
no SR-1. Of course, we have upgraded to SR-1 and SP2 via internet.

Now, as I try to install SP4, it requests Office CD SR-1, which - of
course - I don't have. The MSI created by SR-1 did not work either.

Does anybody have an idea?

After the upgrade to sr1 the install will prompt for the
Office 2000 sr1 cd when it wants your office cd (I know
you would think that after sp2 it would then prompt for
office 2000 sp2 when it wants the disk, but that is not
the case). Bottom line it really wants the original
office cd. NOTE: did you mean sp3? I don't think there
is an sp4 yet.
