Problems uploading address book..

I'mi trying to upload addresses from 98 Outlook Express to XP

I'm unable to do this.
When I try to upload to 2000 I get the message saying I dont' have
Acreditation to open it.

In Xp it simply won't recognise the file.. outlook.pst

Can anyone help this this?

You confuse the issue;
You mention both XP (winXp/OfficeXp?) and 2000 (win2k/Office2k?)

You are confusing me; you mention Outlook Express, 98, 2000, and XP.
WHAT are you trying to do? HOW are you trying to do this?
