Problems using OWC11 in VS2005 VB

I am trying to make an ASP page in Visual Studio using VB and using OWC11 to
allow greater functionallity. I have added references and I have read
microsoft KB articles about doing this but I can only add the OWC to windows
programs in VS from the toolbox they are gray when I am working on an ASP
page. I have added an OWC to the page by creating it in Fountpage and
copying it to the HTML of the web page but I would like to interact with the
OWC through VB also.
HELP.
