Problems using PDS

Hi everyone,

I downloaded the PDS test program for Project 2002. I have
the SOAP toolkit 2.0 with SP2 installed on my CPU.
Everything works fine until the program reaches the
following line

s = sClient.SoapXMLRequest(sCookie, sXML)

It always goes to the error handler and i get a message
telling me that it can't find the destination.

Any clues. Thank you in advance
