Problems using specific Word template in Outlook 2002

Hello,
Can anyone help us with this....
We want to use a home-made (WORD) template in outlook 2002
when we want to create a mail message.
It seams like this option is gone now.
We can still use an HTML template, but when we want to
assign a customised HTML-template we get errors about the
location of the templates when we create a new mail-
message. Thee location is not the one expected, the
meaasge says, but no message is displayed about what the
location should be!!
Is this a known problem??
