Problems using the Project Server URL

Dear audience:

I'm trying to use a URL to access Project Server through Project
Professional (both of them 2003).

Using Internet explorer I've no problem (typing directly on the Address box).

However, customizing an account using Project Professional (Tools/enterprise
options/Microsoft Office Project Server accounts..., Properties/Test
conection) I receive an error message like this:

"Unexpected server answer".

I'm using an existing project server account with administrator profile.

Please, could anybody send me comments about it?
