We have a HTML file that displays outlook signature and logo when viewed in
Internet Explorer. When we use this html file as Stationery in Outlook
(small business edition 2003) in Tools > Options > Mail Format > Stationery
the signature and logo appear in the preview screen. When we apply and go to
Outlook and click New message the signature appears but the logo is missing,
we go back into the Stationery tab to double check and the logo appears here,
just not when we need it to in a new message!
It may help to know that "using Microsoft Word to Edit Messages" is ticked.
If we untick this, the logo and signauture appear as required however the
user wants to use Microsoft Word to Edit Messages!
For info, other users at this same site use this stationery file successfully.
