Problems Visio 2000

Hi can anyone help me,
I have Visio 2000 on my PC and Visio 2003 on my work pc.
Visio 2000 will not open Visio 2003 and the upgrade telephone number is
disconnected

. Microsoft Visio 2000 Service Release 1 (SR1)
Visio 2000 Standard, Visio 2000 Professional, Visio 2000 Technical,
Visio 2000 Enterprise

. Microsoft Visio 2002
Visio 2002 Standard, Visio 2002 Professional, Visio for Enterprise
Architects


Note Original Visio 2000, pre SR1, is not valid for an upgrade to Visio
2003. The Visio 2000 SR1 version is a full version product, so versions
prior to Visio 2000 SR1 must be uninstalled before installing Visio 2003.
