Problems w/ Attachments containing Letterheads in Outlook 2003

When I send or receive an attachment in Outlook 2003 that should contain a
letterhead, the letterhead is not there and if there are multiple pages in
the document Outlook 2003 opens the document with multiple pages on the
screen. One: How can I force Outlook 2003 to open the document with one
page per screen? Two: What can I do to ensure that the letterhead shows up
in the attachment?

Start Word, then click Tools>Options. On the General tab, unchec
"Allow starting in Reading layout"
