Problems w/ Garamond font display

Hi,

I have a problem viewing Garamond font in Excel. The font itself
looks different from the print previews and the prints itself. What's
weird is that this is happening to all 5 users in the office. This
happened after we updated but then had to roll-back a printer driver
on our Ricoh 1225c printer. I also tried using the post script
drivers but the same result... the Garamond font still looked
different from the actual print outs. I'll appreciate and
suggestions. Thanks!

Delete it and reinstall it?

Does the Ricoh have built in fonts? I cannot find one mention of your printer model
anywhere.
This article probably has nothing to do with your issue. I'm surprised there is a
specific fix for a font.

That's the first thing I tried doing.

I'm sorry, it's a Ricoh Aficio 1224c not 1225c. That's for the
hotfix... I'll check it out and keep everyone posted.

I just looked at the fix and it's for Office 2003. I forgot to
mention we're running office xp.
