problems when copying word figure into visio?

i draw many figures in word directly long time ago. i need to convert them by visio now. i copy word figure into a blank visio figure, it works well beofre. but recently i always get a blank rectangle, when i ungroup it, only text can display, all the lines and curves are missed. anybody can help me?
