problems when editing MS Project files

I have a laptop with Windows XP Pro, Office XP Pro and MS Project
2000. All software is in English language. Now I have a partner with
MS Project 2000 in Dutch (Windows and Office are the same
versions/language as mine).

When he is reading my files several settings (line headers, etc.) are
in Dutch instead of English. How can we permanently change it so that
he can read/edit my file with the same formats (Language, Date, etc.)
I sent to him?

Do we have to install an English Version of MS Project or is there a
possiblity to switch between two languages?
