problems when loading outlook

What does all this mean and how to I fix and get rid of it all?

The First box says......
windows live local add-in for microsoft office outlook

Click ok to try again, or enter and alternative path to a folder containing

installation package 'LeoShimSetup.msi' in the box below.

then another box says

An installation package for the product Windows live local add-in for
microsoft office outlook cannot be found.
Try the installations again using a valid copy of the installation package
'LeoShimSetup.msi'

This means that there is an issue with the Live Local add-in for Outlook
that you have installed. At this point I would recommend uninstalling it
through Control Panel-> Add/Remove Programs. If you still want to use it
download the latest version from;
